Implement copy/paste of an object's styling

• A new tool button, with say a paintbrush icon.
• When active, single objects can be selected.
• If an object if selected then when the cursor is over a compatible object (to that selected) the cursor changes to say a paintbrush.
• Clicking on the object will set its styling to that of the selected object.
