Subject: [PATCH] Add PowerShell script to generate oil portrait

Adds scripts/run_generate_portrait.ps1 to set up a Python venv, install common packages, and run scripts/txt2img.py with a prepared, adult non-explicit oil-painting prompt and recommended settings. Adjust txt2img flags or torch installation for your system.
