Alternative symbol for the unit litre

Both symbols for the litre appear in the SI Brochure but are not recognized in the SIDF (mol.l-1 in the SIDF unit expression is not recognized).

The knowledge model considers the alternative symbol:

units:litre a si:nonSIUnit ;
    skos:prefLabel "litre"@en,
        "litre"@fr ;
    si:hasAltSymbol "l"^^xsd:string ;
    si:hasSymbol "L"^^xsd:string ;
    ...

Hence, this is an issue with the expression parser, which should treat l as equivalent of L, similar to what we did with the micro sign and the mu letter, or the ohm sign and the omega letter. @ambenabdallah
