What happened?
Some YouTube videos appear to be slightly smaller than the actual resolution labels.
Nevertheless, the exact resolution of the video is presumably displayed.
This is confusing, as they are displayed correctly on YouTube.
I was able to verify this with several videos, as well as using Invidious, where the problem also occurs. Piped seems to have already resolved this.
Steps to reproduce
- Find a video that doesn’t exactly match the resolution labels
- Open Video
- Click Video Settings
- Click Resolution
