@w1a2n3o4 From the logs I can see that cloudstack has sent the VDI destroy command to the XCP-ng host "xcp-sr246-xxxxxx". However this has failed on the host with the errors seen below.

As a next step, please check the host logs xensource.log , SMlog to see why this is failing.
