i have created a template (qcow2) through which i am trying to create an instance.

Metrics shows memory completely occupied.

I tried accessing it through console and it shows the below error.

how can i fix it ??

Have you tried changing the compute offering with higher memory than what's currently configured? I'm not sure if it would fix the issue, but worth a try.

kernel panic error may not come for every guest os

You can try setting the "guest.cpu.mode=host-passthrough" in the agent.properties (/etc/cloudstack/agent/agent.properties)

Restart the cloudstack-agent service
