Test sentry init on Rider and Tabby terminals on Windows

Investigate and verify sentry init behavior on Windows when running inside Rider and Tabby terminals.

• Rider and Tabby are less common terminal environments that may have different ANSI/escape code support
• Validate TUI selector behavior (keyboard input, rendering) in each environment
• Document any known limitations or apply workarounds if terminal detection is needed
