So, I don't know if this is a dummy question, but after I updated Spec-Kit earlier this week, Claude is no longer committing all files. All the spec and planning is left behind until I explicitly say to add them.
Is this expected? I have no idea if this is related to Sepc-kit at all, a claude-thing or just a random fluke.
It does give me a certain increase in control of what's pushed to Github, but for my purposes in private repos, that's not needed - I want to keep it all in one place.
