php-code-coverage 7.*

I'm attempting to install this package alongside PHPUnit 8, which requires php-code-coverage 7.*. This package requires version 6.*. Is there a possibility to review an upgrade to the coverage dependency for this package?

This project hasn't been committed to in over a year and PRs are outstanding, so I've forked and updated this for my own use at https://github.com/dvdoug/behat-code-coverage
