[Feature Request] Could the Tutorial be optionally turned off?

This is mainly aimed at modpack authors, but this would simply be an option added in within the configuration to disable the Entropy Tutorial.

In some rare cases within modpacks, the game can get softlocked. Instead of trying to force an impossible task of trying to make the tutorial account for everything, I'd like to suggest for a way to turn off the tutorial before the tutorial run can softlock.
