chore: update dependencies to latest

node-gyp-build 4.8.4, node-addon-api 8.9.1, node-gyp 13.0.1,
prebuildify 6.0.1, @types/bun 1.3.14. No unused dependencies found:
node-gyp-build is the runtime loader fallback; the rest are build/dev
tooling referenced by binding.gyp, the prebuild script, and prepublish.
