Made the usual skill-based updates. Added descriptions, summary, FAQs, transitions. Updated titles for specificity and casing, and removed "Overview" headings. Removed unused technology (TensorFlow Lite) from the index tag list. Moved connection to DevKit steps under setup and out of conceptual overview. Fixed a couple cli and output inconsistencies flagged during review. Updated alt-text and a couple bare URLs. Turned unordered lists into ordered steps wherever there were procedures, especially those involving the VS Code UI.
