Updates the version enum with MC_26_1 and MC_26_2 (MC_NEWEST = 26.2), adds the sulfur_caves biome (id 187), and ships the reverse-engineered 26.2 biome parameter tree (tables/btree262.h) wired into biomenoise.
Changes:
No generator changes are required: 26.1/26.2 reuse the existing overworld biome placement, so this stays a data + version-wiring patch. The btree262 parameter tree was reverse-engineered from the 26.2 release data and validated with the cubiomes findbiome tool across sampled regions (sulfur_caves and pale_garden are found at expected locations).
