This prevents errors especially around ENOSPC on customers environments from stopping the sidecar alltogether.

BREAKING CHANGE: OneWayShmWriter::write, MappedMem::ensure_space, ShmLimiterMemory::alloc, and ShmLimiterMemory::alloc_with_granularity in libdd-ipc now return io::Result instead of panicking on failure.

      A subsequent cache operation that triggers eviction can then dereference these dangling pointers:
      - The node is freed from the map, but remains linked in the LRU list due to the skipped `detach()` call
      - When a new insertion causes eviction, the LRU traversal encounters the dangling pointer
      - This results in a write to already-freed memory during the eviction process
      
      ## Impact
      
      - **CWE-416 (Use-After-Free):** memory corruption when subsequent cache operations access freed node pointers in the linked list
      - **CWE-415 (Double Free):** potential heap corruption when the same memory is freed multiple times
      
      Both types of undefined behavior can be invoked in safe Rust, but only if unwinding panics are enabled and `std::panic::catch_unwind` is used with key types that have potentially-panicking `Drop` implementations.
      
      ## Fix
      
      Fixed in `lru` 0.18.2 by detaching the node from the linked list before freeing it and dropping the key ([lru-rs#238](https://github.com/jeromefroe/lru-rs/pull/238)).

      - The `log` and `thread_rng` features are enabled
      - A [custom logger](https://docs.rs/log/latest/log/#implementing-a-logger) is defined
      - The custom logger accesses `rand::rng()` (previously `rand::thread_rng()`) and calls any `TryRng` (previously `RngCore`) methods on `ThreadRng`
      - The `ThreadRng` (attempts to) reseed while called from the custom logger (this happens every 64 kB of generated data)
      - Trace-level logging is enabled or warn-level logging is enabled and the random source (the `getrandom` crate) is unable to provide a new seed
      
      `TryRng` (previously `RngCore`) methods for `ThreadRng` use `unsafe` code to cast `*mut BlockRng<ReseedingCore>` to `&mut BlockRng<ReseedingCore>`. When all the above conditions are met this results in an aliased mutable reference, violating the Stacked Borrows rules. Miri is able to detect this violation in sample code. Since construction of [aliased mutable references is Undefined Behaviour](https://doc.rust-lang.org/stable/nomicon/references.html), the behaviour of optimized builds is hard to predict.

      When user-provided input is provided to any type that parses with the RFC 2822 format, a denial of
      service attack via stack exhaustion is possible. The attack relies on formally deprecated and
      rarely-used features that are part of the RFC 2822 format used in a malicious manner. Ordinary,
      non-malicious input will never encounter this scenario.
      
      ## Patches
      
      A limit to the depth of recursion was added in v0.3.47. From this version, an error will be returned
      rather than exhausting the stack.
      
      ## Workarounds
      
      Limiting the length of user input is the simplest way to avoid stack exhaustion, as the amount of
      the stack consumed would be at most a factor of the length of the input.

      ## Impact
      
      - **CWE-416 (Use-After-Free):** memory corruption when subsequent cache operations access freed node pointers in the linked list
      - **CWE-415 (Double Free):** potential heap corruption when the same memory is freed multiple times
      
      Both types of undefined behavior can be invoked in safe Rust, but only if unwinding panics are enabled and `std::panic::catch_unwind` is used with key types that have potentially-panicking `Drop` implementations.
      
      ## Fix
      
      Fixed in `lru` 0.18.2 by detaching the node from the linked list before freeing it and dropping the key ([lru-rs#238](https://github.com/jeromefroe/lru-rs/pull/238)).

P2 Badge Restore the macOS mapping size after publication fails

When the metadata-page mmap fails after set_mapping_size succeeds, this function returns the error but remaps self using the enlarged local size. A later write of the same size therefore skips ensure_space, reports success, and writes data even though the shared size word was never advanced by fetch_max, so readers continue using the old size and cannot observe the payload. Restore the previous local size on this error path so a subsequent write retries publishing the new size.

P2 Badge Retry limiter allocation for an existing live-debug config

If allocation fails here during transient shared-memory pressure, the immutable StoredShmFile.limiter is permanently set to None. Contrary to the warning, subsequent remote-config fetches reuse this stored file, and ConfigFileStorage::update only replaces its handle, so even after SHM recovers the config keeps serializing limiter index 0 until it is removed and stored again. Retrying allocation for existing live-debug files would restore rate limiting after recovery.

When growing this segment fails transiently, the fetcher has already saved status.state_hash at line 119, so subsequent /info polls normally return SameState and never execute this write again. The in-process future is updated while SHM readers remain on the previous agent info indefinitely, until the agent's state hash changes for an unrelated reason. Preserve the pending payload or avoid advancing state until the SHM publication succeeds.

- Restore fmt on telemetry.rs and one_way_shared_memory.rs warn! calls
- Handle the now-fallible OneWayShmWriter::write in
  ddog_agent_remote_config_write instead of discarding the Result
- Restore the previous local mapping size on macOS when publishing the
  new size fails, so a subsequent write retries instead of silently
  assuming success
- Retry allocating the live-debugging rate limiter slot on later
  updates of an existing config file, not just on first store
- Do not advance the agent-info state hash until the new payload is
  actually published to shared memory, so a failed write is retried
  instead of being silently skipped forever
