Adds an algorithm that classifies land cover and a dedicated sand class from fused Sentinel-1 GRD and Sentinel-2 L2A imagery as an openEO UDP.

The openEO process is adapted from the Sand-Oriented Land Cover Classification evalscript. Each pixel is rendered by a seven-way priority cascade: built-up areas render white, shrub/grassland yellow, dense vegetation green, water blue, bare soil red, sand surfaces orange (via a purpose-built Modified Normalized Difference Sand Index, MNDSI), and unclassified pixels black.

The openEO process is running on Copernicus Data Space over the spatial extent of Cropland Plain, Istria Coast, Croatia on 2026-07-28 to 2026-08-01, and has also been validated over Dakar Peninsula, Senegal and Aceh, Indonesia.
