Add 2 new CfP/edition entries (cfp-scout 2026-08-08) - #416
Merged
Conversation
Backfill PyGrunn 2026 and Python Sul 2026 editions (both already past today's date) so future cfp-scout runs stop re-flagging these series and instead check for 2027 editions.

CfP Scout — 2026-08-08
Checked 10 stale series (rotation index 50/85, per
day-of-year mod count) for new editions/CfPs. 2 confirmed editions found; both already havecfp: TBAsince no submission deadline is published on the official sites.Note: both PyGrunn 2026 (May 8) and Python Sul 2026 (May 1-3) already occurred before today's date, so
sort_yaml.pycorrectly filed them into_data/archive.ymlrather than the liveconferences.yml. There's no countdown value for users, but backfilling them updates each series' recordedlatest_yearto 2026, so the next cfp-scout run looks for a 2027 edition instead of re-flagging these as stale candidates.Other checked series (8) — no action taken
