Hello! I am on the programme committee leading the effort to organise the SciPy India 2026 conference. I thought I should wait for the automations in this repository to pick it up, but the manual entry in this PR adds the timezone and some of our social media links, which won't be there otherwise, so I thought I should open it anyway. Thank you!
