Integrates the approved Telegram bridge stack #126 through #133 into main, including DTOs, parser, bridge boundary, worker adapter, archive parser example, documentation, and explicit archive smoke CI.\n\nThe stacked layers were merged bottom-up into their base branches; this PR is the final main integration layer.
