Update the tg-client-stdio submodule to the final upstream merge commit 1b93d9379161e91b73001add2f6ceae79db44afb after merging the Telegram worker stack.\n\nThis makes the parent repository consume the Telethon runtime ownership, listener recovery, PySocks support, typed worker APIs, and live polling fixes.
