Follow-up to #3108, which was merged at 03:06 — this wording fix landed on the PR branch afterwards and did not make it into main.
Narrows the
subagent-delegation-capchangeset (#3012) to match the implementation, per Codex review on #3108:withoutDelegatingTargetsfilters an inherited allowlist down to targets that cannot themselves delegate, so a custom-profile sub-agent that omitssubagentscan still spawn built-in agents (the chain terminates there). The previous sentence overstated the change.Before: "Sub-agents no longer spawn their own sub-agents by default; custom agent profiles can still allow it explicitly."
After: "A sub-agent can no longer spawn an agent that would itself delegate further, unless a custom agent profile explicitly allows it."
No code changes — one changeset file only.
