We're an Australian cooperative trying to to create an ecosystem where home batteries can be coordinated as a fleet and trade at wholesale prices. Built for the people whose batteries make it possible - with every algorithm decision, fleet forecast, and outcome published for anyone to see.

• Member-Owned: Cooperative governance. 95–98% of revenue returned to members.
• Accountable: Forecast accuracy tracked and published. Performance benchmarked publicly.
• Source-Available, Becoming Open Source: BSL 1.1 for Fleet Platform (converts to Apache-2.0 3 years after each release), MIT for tools. Built in the open; free for cooperatives, individuals, researchers, and non-commercial use from day one.

⚡ Fleet Platform: a way to coordinate a fleet of home batteries and decide when to trade and when to save energy, with the reasoning behind every decision published, not hidden.

📊 Public Dashboard: real-time fleet status, algorithm decisions, and forecast accuracy visible to anyone, not just members.

🔌 Tariff Data Service: a free public API covering Australian DNSP tariffs, providing curated and up-to-date tarrif data for anyone to use.

🏠 Home Energy Integrations: open-source community integrations for battery owners to see and understand their own energy costs, regardless of membership

📡 NEMWEB Client: a shared library for AEMO dispatch prices and pre-dispatch forecasts, built once and reused across the Fleet Platform and the HA integration.

🌐 Member Portal: a place for members to see their own earnings, the decisions affecting their battery, and to take part in governance.

• Tariff Data Service: live, 12 DNSPs, 87+ tariffs
• Home Assistant Integration: the EOC Tariff (AU) integration is available to use now via manual HACS installation; HACS submission pending for official inclusion
• Fleet Platform: early design phase, nothing built yet. This is where the most input is useful right now
• Public Dashboard, Member Portal, NEMWEB Client: not started
