As a final last minute inclusion, the OGE_E60C2 or CL-60 'Oxen' fills the role of an expensive, slower, but powerful electric locomotive in the OGE American set. Its stats and price keep it from replacing diesel locomotives at any point, but can't be beat with regards to its pulling power until the OGE_EVOLUTION is introduced the same year it expires.
