Bump test dependencies and PcAxis.Core version - #102

Updated the following dependencies in `PCAxis.Query.UnitTest.csproj`: - `Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk` from 18.0.1 to 18.9.0 - `MSTest.TestAdapter` from 4.0.2 to 4.3.3 - `MSTest.TestFramework` from 4.0.2 to 4.3.3 Updated `PcAxis.Core` in `PCAxis.Query.csproj` from 1.2.7 to 1.4.0. Other dependencies, such as `Newtonsoft.Json` and `coverlet.collector`, remain unchanged.
