Conda build and upload tools live in base. Disable the unused test environment and invoke anaconda from its owning environment.
Modal mounts app source outside the repository layout. Use /wheels remotely and cap crash-loop waits at 10 minutes.
Five serial Python GPU suites need more than 10 minutes on T4.
