Brings 2.58.0/2.58.1 forward: Material 3 alert dialogs (#508), the GLB/glTF sparse-accessor fix and the AR-recording fixes. Prebuilt artifacts (react_viro.aar, viro_renderer.aar, ViroKit and its headers) keep develop's build -- main's carry the 2.58.1 native fixes but not VPS-Lite v1, so neither side is a superset. Needs a rebuild off a virocore develop that has main merged in.
