Update for Minecraft version 26.2.
As of Minecraft 26, the remapping is no longer required, so I removed that from the build process.
The rest of this PR is fiddling with
ReflectionUtilsto accommodate the new NMS structure and some naming. I haven't tested this against older versions, but have tried not to remove any functionality, just to add extra conditions. I did remove (comment out) some unused mappings that broke with this version, but can fix them if necessary.
