What changed
Documented that Mermaid diagrams in chat follow light, dark, and high-contrast IDE themes, update when the theme changes, and use the active theme for PNG exports.
Why this change was made
The paired Zoo Code change makes Mermaid rendering theme-aware in both VS Code and the JetBrains port. Users need the chat-interface documentation to reflect that behavior.
Impact
Users can understand that Mermaid diagrams adapt to their accessibility and appearance preferences. A real extension screenshot is deferred because this environment exposes the docs site but not the VS Code extension UI.
