Thanks for proposing the ecological example. Same comment as the other PR: please pull the latest changes from v1.0 into your local and then propose this example to lie under Viral growth.ipynb (instead of a new file). |

@Jenny7265 when you get a chance, please update the PRs so that they can be merged and then we'd like to complete and merge #30. Not urgent..would be good to check this item off our list sometime next week. |
