experimental/air is not surfaced in the public CHANGELOG; prior air PRs added no .nextchanges fragments. See .agents/rules/changelog.md and PR history. Co-authored-by: Isaac <no-reply@databricks.com>
Move the selected-profile value lookup out of libs/databrickscfg (owned by team:platform) into an unexported helper in experimental/air, so this PR stays within team:ai-training paths and needs no cross-team approval. The only shared dependency, GetDefaultProfileFrom, is already exported. Co-authored-by: Isaac <no-reply@databricks.com>
