Adds pixel-6 / pixel-7 / pixel-7-pro at API 37 to the gpu1, cpu1 and chrome-cpu1 matrices (pixel-6-pro and the tablet are unchanged — they do not have 37 images). Do not merge ahead of the production rollout: these run against prod on a schedule, so merging early turns nine green nightlies into nine red ones until the promote workflows have run.
