Migrate resource page viewer to ogm-viewer

Summary

• replace the resource-page GeoBlacklight JS viewer integration with the full ogm-viewer web component
• pass the existing Aardvark API record directly into OgmRecord
• serve Web Awesome themes, icons, and viewer assets from stable Vite development and production paths
• configure the packaged GeoTIFF worker for Vite builds
• remove resource-page-only GeoBlacklight boot code, controllers, types, and tests while retaining homepage Leaflet preview support
• update frontend architecture documentation

Verification

• 69 focused resource/viewer tests pass across 3 test files
• focused ESLint passes with no errors
• focused Prettier source checks pass
• npm run build passes for client and SSR and emits the OGM Viewer runtime assets
• verified the full viewer navigation, tabs, controls, theme, and icons locally before Docker Desktop storage failure
