Generate a self-contained openapi-fern.yaml from openapi.yaml for Fern docs consumption, with example refs inlined and formatting normalized. Replace legacy S3 example URLs that triggered secret scanning. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
