* build(ci): upgrade actions/checkout to v7 Upgrade every Open Knowledge workflow from checkout v6.0.2 to v7.0.1 using the verified immutable SHA. This adopts checkout v7's safer fork pull request handling while preserving the existing workflow checkout configuration.
