Removes the Contents table-of-contents block and the About this sample section from the Azure SQL MCP sample README. The Contents table doesn't add a lot of value, and the about section duplicate content already in the intro. Remove these sections can help users "get to the meat of it" quicker.
Targets the
add-azure-sql-mcp-samplebranch so it merges into PR microsoft#1485.
