Bump the recommended distro to Ubuntu 26.04, document `wsl --update` via the Microsoft Store, and switch Firefox to snap to match the J-Link download paths. Replace the one-shot `modprobe vhci-hcd` with a persistent modules-load.d config, and add a section covering USB drive auto-mounting and Bluetooth, including our patched WSL2 kernel for MediaTek dongles.
