Milo Server Style Guide

Contributors should ideally conform to these style guides:

GitHub Style Guide
Follow the styles mentioned in .eslintrc for all NodeJS code
- Refer to Node JS Style Guide for details on rules configured in .eslintrc
- Additionaly try to stick to JS Style Guide
While most of the HTML code is generated by pug, try and stick to HTML/CSS Style Guide in cases where you manually write html/css
