The bump alone leaves the comment saying 0.5.9 is the floor while the value reads 0.5.11. 0.5.9 really is the floor -- it is where eAPI moved to https/443, the transport AVD renders -- and 0.5.11's fixes are to RESTCONF, which this lab does not use. Say both, so a later reader does not take 0.5.11 for a requirement and does not take the tracking for an accident. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
