Rename the display name of both validators to match their public dashboard FQDN (NODENIMIQ1.NIMIQ-JU.FR / NODENIMIQ2.NIMIQ-JU.FR), for branding consistency. Only the name field changes; description, fee, payoutType, logo, and address are untouched.
