feat: add Rollgate provider

Adds Rollgate to the provider ecosystem list.

Provider

@rollgate/openfeature-server-provider (npm, v0.1.0) — JavaScript / Server, vendor-official. Wraps @rollgate/sdk-node, mapping its detailed evaluation API onto the @openfeature/server-sdk Provider contract.

@tech-and-finance PR looks good to me, just need some changes to the SVG:

Ecosystem SVGs must contain no colors, fill, or stroke attributes. They should contain geometry only and inherit their appearance from the card’s theme-aware CSS.

Please replace this with a colorless, no-fill SVG before merging. The existing documentation reference is SvgOrFonticon/index.tsx#L16-L21 (https://github.com/open-feature/openfeature.dev/blob/main/src/components/custom/SvgOrFonticon/index.tsx#L16-L21).
