Code Review
This pull request introduces a new codelab tutorial for building a Thread network using TI SimpleLink F3 boards and OpenThread. The review feedback identifies a markdown formatting issue where an aside block is accidentally nested inside a code block, which will prevent it from rendering correctly.
Updated OTBR_AGENT_OPTS to reference the RCP Application UART and added a note about device path verification.
