- Move the new `ServiceIpPoolConfig` type from the database to the bootstrap agent, and use / re-export it where it's needed. - Add the IP Pool details to the Nexus and bootstrap agent lockstep APIs, constructing it as needed in wicketd. The configuration file format remains unchanged.
