These are copied from https://github.com/hamdanal/python-stubs/tree/01c8dfe/stubs/pyogrio-stubs. I've been testing them for a few weeks now.
Note that I didn't try to add typing upstream because that will take years given how long adding types to geopandas (pyogrio's frontend) has been lingering.
