Updated the description of custom mini apps to clarify their scope and permissions.
Expand "Who can use apps" into a full per-permission table covering app.get, app.get.mtd, app.set, app.set.mtd, and app.del. Adds the previously-missing app.get.mtd and corrects the metadata-only semantics: a .mtd read strips the record data, so it exposes status/tags/timestamps only — not the app's HTML, name, or description.
