ErrorLogger reads the correlation ID attribute through the published ATTRIBUTE_NAME constant and wraps the logger with CorrelatedLogger when the attribute is present, replacing the removed CorrelatedLogger::resolve() and requiring tiny-blocks/http-correlation-id ^2.0.
