This had a linting issue unrelated to the topics migration: "Module has both an environment.yml and a Dockerfile; only one should be present". This was solved by re-generating the container using "nf-core modules container create" from the
environment.ymlfile. Some specific fixes as implemented in the quartonotebook module had to be added so that this could work in singularity as well.
